01What Pulstrade is — and is not

Pulstrade provides technical analysis, trade ideas ("signals"), market news and educational content relating to gold (XAU/USD). Signals include information such as a suggested entry, a stop level, target levels and a confidence score.

Pulstrade is an information and education tool only. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, or financial institution, and nothing in the app or on our website is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You must not use Pulstrade where doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction, or where you are prohibited from receiving the service under applicable laws or sanctions.
• You are responsible for ensuring that trading and the use of trading tools are legal in your country of residence.

03The app and your account

The Pulstrade app is free to download from supported app stores. Some features require a Pulstrade Pro subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure, and for all activity under your account.

04Subscriptions, pricing and free trial

• Pulstrade Pro is offered as a monthly plan at $49 / month and a yearly plan at $199 / year (prices in US dollars; local taxes may apply).
• A 7-day free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The renewal fee is charged using your selected payment method.
• Web subscriptions are processed by our payment provider Stripe, and entitlements are managed through RevenueCat. App-store subscriptions, where offered, are billed by the relevant app store under its own terms.

05Web purchase and activation

If you subscribe on our website, you complete checkout without needing an account. After payment you receive a one-time activation link. Opening that link on the phone where the Pulstrade app is installed unlocks Pro on your account.

• The activation link is valid for 60 minutes and can be used once. If it expires, a new link is sent to your billing email automatically.
• The link must be opened on a mobile device with the app installed; on a computer, scan the QR code shown after purchase with that device.
• You are responsible for installing the app and completing activation to access Pro.

06Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you keep Pro until that period ends.
• To cancel a web subscription, use the management link in your purchase email or contact us. App-store subscriptions are cancelled in the app store account settings.
• Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated. Statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply to you under your local consumer law are unaffected by this clause.

07Acceptable use

Your licence to use Pulstrade is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, publish or share Pulstrade signals or content with third parties, or operate a paid or free group based on them;
• scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from the app or its data;
• share, resell or transfer your account or subscription;
• use the service unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to it.

08Intellectual property

The Pulstrade app, brand, signals, analysis, results data, designs and content are owned by A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a right to use the service, not any ownership of it.

09Performance and results

Any statistics shown by Pulstrade — including win rate, R-multiples, target-hit rates and the number of closed trades — are historical figures based on Pulstrade's own recorded signals, with stops counted in full. They are provided for transparency and education. They are not a forecast and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your results depend on your own execution, timing, risk management, broker, spreads and market conditions.

10Third-party services

Trading is carried out through your own broker and platform (for example MetaTrader 5), which are independent of Pulstrade. We are not responsible for your broker, execution, spreads, slippage, order routing, or for third-party services such as Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat or news providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable or accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data and news will be complete or timely.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulstrade and A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulstrade and A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your trading activity.

14Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

15Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
